Here's a preview of my standard client paperwork. I've tried to make all the legal stuff as painless as possible.

All of my client relationships start with a Master Services Agreement, which covers legal basics like intellectual property and payment terms. To preview my standard MSA, you download a preview copy here . I'm also happy to sign your company's standard paperwork.
For each individual project we do, we'll also sign a simpler Statement of Work. This has project-specific details like scope, timing, and deliverables.

Don't worry about signing anything just yet. Once we're ready to start, I'll send the MSA and our first SOW for signing.

Please note that I sign all paperwork under my business name: Directed Works LLC.

I do require electronic payments (vs paper checks), but I'm happy to use whatever kind of method you prefer.

I work as a 1099 contractor. I will send you a W-9 form at the beginning of the year for tax purposes, but feel free to ask and I can send it sooner.
